After our Discovery call we’ll put together your personalized proposal outlining your project scope with design fees and contract. We’ll begin your design at the next available date once the contract has been signed and the design fee paid in full.

We’ll schedule an in-home consultation to do a walk-through of your home, take photos, measurements and gather all pertinent information to aid in the design of your project.

We bring the layout to life with design boards,renderings and tactile finishes for you to touch and feel. We partner with a host of trusted trades and vendors and we present them to you at prices below retail. We include all furnishings, fixtures, palettes etc. and we present it all to you at your design presentation for your approval.

Once the design has been approved, we begin placing all orders and tracking is monitored through to installation.To ensure all projects are executed as intended,we make and coordinate all purchases associated with the design on your behalf and have all items shipped to our warehouse.

Once all details have been finalized and construction complete, we begin the installation and final styling of your home. Rather than piecemeal installations as items deliver, we schedule a day (or multiple days depending on project scale) to execute the final install and transform your space all at once for a grand reveal.

Initial Consultation Fee:
A one-time fee for the initial consultation where we discuss your vision, needs, and the scope of the project.
Design Fee:
This fee covers the creation of the design plan, including mood boards, color schemes, space planning, and selection of furniture and materials. Based on a percentage of the overall project cost.
Project Management Fee:
A fee for managing the project, coordinating with contractors, scheduling, and overseeing the implementation of the design. This is a percentage of the total project cost.
Purchasing and Procurement Fee:
This fee encompasses several aspects related to sourcing and acquiring the necessary items for your project which includes:
Warehouse Fees:
Items may be stored in a warehouse until installation. These fees cover the cost of storage, handling, and ensuring the safekeeping of your items.
Shipping Fees:
This includes the cost of shipping items from suppliers to the warehouse and eventually to your home. We work with reliable shipping companies to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Order Tracking and Coordination:
We handle all aspects of order tracking, coordinating delivery schedules, and managing timelines to ensure that items arrive as planned and are ready for installation when needed.
Receiving and Inspection:
Items are received, inspected for quality and damage, and handled with care to ensure they meet our standards before being installed in your home.
Hourly Rate:
For additional services or unexpected changes, an hourly rate may be applied for any extra work outside the initial scope of the project.
Final Balance:
Upon completion, a final invoice will be issued, covering any remaining balances and ensuring all aspects of the project have been addressed.
